Move User to New or Different Computer
- Backup User Settings with Kaseya User State Management
- Backup User Data
- Update User/Location Information in Kaseya for both old and new machine
- Restore User Settings with Kaseya User State Management
- Restore User Data
- Delete user account from computer
- Hold Data on from old computer for one week on backup drive and then remove
- Have fixed assets person(s) responsible for the old and new machines update the custodian information in Banner accordingly
